These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pro444 ("pro444," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing the pro444 website at https://pro444.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, placing any wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of pro444 and must not attempt to register or access the Platform in any manner. Continued use of pro444 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Access to pro444 and its services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pro444 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly permit persons under this age to register or wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing pro444 as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of pro444 or any of its affiliated software providers or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pro444 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) pro444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account profile if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pro444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pro444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

pro444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.

All financial transactions on pro444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pro444 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. pro444 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or funds derived from illegal activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 30 minutes for amounts within normal limits. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and processing time.
• pro444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may require you to provide supporting documentation regarding the source of funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5 and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

pro444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pro444 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be used in any systematic, professional, or arbitrage manner.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• pro444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to collusion, use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time window or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All casino games available on pro444 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, andar bahar, keno, and Fortune Gems 2 — are provided by certified third-party software providers whose game engines incorporate independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined in real time and cannot be influenced by pro444 or by the Player.

For sports betting and cricket wagering, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled after acceptance except where pro444 explicitly offers a cash-out or void facility.
• pro444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during live events at pro444's discretion.
• For PSL and other cricket events, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board at the conclusion of play, including super overs where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of wagering.

pro444 uses technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent collusion, match-fixing participation, and other forms of betting fraud. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pro444 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or associate.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with pro444 games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in pro444's systems. Any such vulnerability must be reported to pro444 support immediately and not exploited.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using pro444's deposit or withdrawal infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pro444 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing pro444 from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any pro444 software, game engine, or security system.

All content on pro444 — including but not limited to the pro444 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphical assets, written content, promotional materials, software code, and database structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of pro444 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pro444 Platform solely for your own personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pro444 content without express prior written consent from pro444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pro444 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if pro444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pro444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability, and pro444 will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

pro444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. We operate a strict 21+ policy and provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered player account. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic session timeout notifications after a period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all pro444 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

pro444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other pro444 policy document.
• Failure to complete identity, age, or source-of-funds verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or participation in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a pro444 transaction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified by pro444.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified PKR balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of all applicable verification steps.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pro444 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pro444 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

pro444 does not accept jurisdiction claims based solely on a player's country of residence, and any attempt to bring proceedings in a jurisdiction outside of the agreed arbitration framework will be contested.

pro444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pro444 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the email address on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the pro444 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
